The faces behind the training!

Eileen Juric draws from a multi-layered history in the dance world. She began her career training on full scholarships at the Joffrey Ballet School and the School of American Ballet, afterwards dancing professionally as a soloist with the Chicago Lyric Opera Ballet.
After her performing career, Eileen shifted to teaching children and later opened her own studio in New Jersey. Recognizing first-hand how traditional approaches fell short in a mainstream setting, she came to understand the need for a fresh approach to technique.
Eileen began developing and expanding her progressive teaching methods for dancers of all ages and backgrounds. While creating her latest content, Eileen decided to rename her program "PowerDance Technique" and has partnered this program with Relative Motion in order to create a cutting age training program for teachers of dancers ages 3-8 years old.

Cara Dixon, co-founder of Relative Motion, is originally from Virginia Beach, VA where she trained and later taught at Denise Wall’s Dance Energy. Cara went on to perform for Cirque Du Soleil and Stiletto Entertainment, traveling the world to share her passion for dance. She has been featured in commercials as both a dancer and a teacher, and is grateful to have had the opportunity to create her own contemporary company in NYC, where her work and the work of her dancers was recognized in various choreography showcases. While living in NYC, Cara had the pleasure of being on faculty at Broadway Dance Center and later on faculty at Old Dominion University in VA. She currently travels the US and internationally teaching RM master classes, along with adjudicating and teaching RM on the convention circuit. She is truly passionate about the difference Tiny Technicians can make for teachers training the youngest dancers in this amazing community.
